Add-on hours
Need more time to get ready, decorate, or keep the party going a little longer? Add-On Hours give you the flexibility to customize your wedding day timeline.
Start as early as 7:00 am
End as late as 2:00 am
What for?
Earlier Morning Access: Perfect for starting hair and makeup earlier or giving your set-up team extra time to bring your vision to life.
More Setup Time on Your Add-On Day: If you’ve reserved a day before your wedding for setup, you can extend those hours too.
Keep the Party Going Later: Add extra time at the end of your wedding night— enjoy a longer dance floor or late-night food truck!
How it works
Reserve Your Hours: Let our team know what hours you’d like to add, and we’ll send over a contract addendum and updated payment plan. Please let us know before the 30-day mark to your event.
Good to know
The final hour of your reservation is always reserved for cleanup.
Music must end and the party must wind down by the beginning of that final hour.
Bar service is still limited to 5 consecutive hours max, as outlined in your original contract, and cannot be extended with add-on hours.

End of event support
Let us handle the cleanup, so you can get to the honeymoon.
After a long wedding day, the last thing you want to think about is cleaning up. Our End of Event Support Service is designed to ease the burden at the end of your wedding night by providing hands-on help and the right equipment from our trained staff. Instead of corralling tired parents, siblings, or bridal party members into late-night labor, everyone leaves on a high note.
What's included?
Strike Down of Reception Decor: We’ll carefully take down and repack your tablescapes and reception décor and load it into your vehicle. (Ceremony & cocktail hour decor are already included in your standard rental.)
One Staff Member + Utility Vehicle: Our team comes prepared to work efficiently and handle large or heavy items.
Bar & Food Support: We’ll organize any leftover bar supplies and food, and assist with packing it into your vehicle.
Rental Item Prep: We’ll repack any rented items and place them in a designated location for vendor pickup.
Trash Removal: Our staff will collect and haul away all event-related trash to the venue dumpster.
How it works
Booking: This service is confirmed with signature and full payment.
Start Time: Our team begins at the conclusion of each portion of your event (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception) and wraps up before the end of your booking window.
Good to know
This service does not include:
The removal of any personal or third-party items from the getting-ready spaces.
Busing tables or clearing food — this is the responsibility of your caterer (washing, scraping, or rinsing of dishware, glassware, or flatware)

Simplify your wedding logistics with our convenient onsite storage option — designed to make your special day even smoother. Have all of your decor and supplies ready and waiting at the venue for set-up, eliminating the need for multiple deliveries, reducing setup time, and providing peace of mind.
What's included?
Our Onsite Storage Add-On gives you access to a secure, weatherproof trailer placed right on our property — close to your ceremony and reception spaces. It’s perfect for storing:
- Décor items
- Alcohol
- Favors
- DIY supplies
- Personal belongings
Key features
Secure & Private Access: Each couple receives a unique electronic code to access the trailer.
Spacious & Weatherproof: Approx. 5 ft (W) x 8 ft (L) x 7 ft (H) — big enough for all your essentials.
Monitored Daily: Our staff and cameras monitor your unit for added peace of mind.
Convenient Placement: The trailer will be placed in strategic, accessible locations during decor set-up based on your event layout and weather.
Staff Unloading: The trailer will be unloaded the morning of your wedding booking by Venue staff.
How it works
Reserve Your Dates: You can reserve storage for as many days as you need (based on availability).
Access Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM each reserved day, plus free access during your wedding event window.
Complimentary Event Day: Your wedding day is included at no charge when you reserve storage for at least one additional day.
Good to know
Loading is DIY (or handled by your vendors), but Venue staff will unload.
Ensure all items in the trailer are clearly labeled so that Venue staff unload items into the correct spaces.
Trailers must be left clean and empty at the end of your rental.
No animals are permitted in the trailer.
