The Atrium

There is nothing like this interchangeable ceremony and reception space within 100 miles of The Venue at Carley Brook! The 30-ft tall permanent heated and cooled space will have clear walls and ceilings as well as a statement balcony and staircase connecting it to the barn. 

This is our largest indoor space and can comfortably accommodate 214 guests, including the wedding party, for dinner if your dance floor is in the Barn or one of the outdoor patios. If you'd like dinner and dancing to happen in the Atrium, it can comfortably accommodate 188 guests.

The Barn

This is not your typical rustic barn! This interchangeable ceremony / reception space will be fully heated and cooled, and have beautiful white walls and exposed wood beams. A statement fireplace will be the focal point, and large glass doors will allow the space to be opened up to the Hillside Patio cocktail area.

Stone Arena Patio

This outdoor cocktail area will include multiple grand firepits and a permanent included bar space to use for drinks or appetizer service. Tower heaters and firepit management included.

Hillside Patio

This crushed stone outdoor cocktail area is right off the barn, allowing a seamless transition into the reception. Open up the large glass doors in the Barn to use the Hillside Patio for additional seating for weddings up to 300 guests in peak season. Or, have your ceremony on the patio facing the beautiful hillside and exposed stone walls. Tower heaters, string lights, and outdoor furniture included.

Bridal Suite

This two-room suite is the perfect feminine oasis to set the mood for your big day. It features a private bathroom, getting-ready vanities, mini fridge and comfortable seating areas.

Groom's Suite

This rustic suite was designed with fun in mind! Featuring a pool table, bar, TV and sitting area, it’s a comfortable space to relax before “I Do.”

Outdoor Photo Locations

We have 185-acres of beautiful landscape to make your wedding photo dreams come true. "The Lane" features a slice of hillside between two original stone walls with beautiful tree-dappled lighting. "Pride Rock" is a dramatic boulder photo location nestled in a hay field surrounded by mountain-like evergreens on one side and picturesque fall trees on the other side. "The Birch Grove" is a small birch tree patch that looks like a page from a storybook in photos. There are also loads of hay fields, pastures, ponds, a Christmas tree patch and wildflower field that's covered in seasonal blooms depending on the time of year!

Frequently asked questions about our spaces

  • Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

    All tours are by appointment only. You may book through this form. Our talented team will personalize the tour to your desired guest count, time of year and other preferences.

  • What is the guest capacity? Is there a guest count minimum?

    A fully-indoor wedding can comfortably accommodate 214 guests, including the wedding party. There is no guest count minimum! If you opt for an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception in the Barn and Hillside Patio, the capacity rises to 300, although in the case of inclement weather, a tent would be required.

  • How do I know what the venue will look like?

    Our team has partnered with professional 3D rendering companies to put together realistic, to-scale renderings of all the venue spaces. These videos and photos are being used by our professional, local contracting teams and are the “North Star” for the build out. Throughout in-person tours, prospective Carley Brook couples can expect to hear even more details about the construction plans, or see the build-out in progress.

  • Does the venue have parking?

    Yes! A 100-vehicle parking lot is being built on the property within walking distance to the indoor spaces along with handicapped spaces.

  • Is the venue temperature controlled?

    Yes! The permanent atrium, renovated barn, bridal suite and groom’s suite will have heating and cooling.

  • Are there restrooms onsite?

    Yes, indoor restrooms are being built on the property on the first floor of the newly renovated barn.

  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

    All indoor spaces and the two outdoor cocktail spaces are wheelchair accessible. Any creative use of the fields or other outdoor spaces on the 185-acre estate are not, although our team will be happy to accommodate guests who need assistance with side-by-side ATV vehicles.

  • What furnishings and rentals are included or available?

    All event packages include the complimentary use of dining and ceremony chairs, outdoor ceremony benches, dining tables, sweetheart table, cocktail tables and outdoor tower propane heaters. All will accommodate our max guest count. Please note the exact design of the tables and chairs is still being chosen, and will be shared with booked couples asap. We’re taking our time to find the perfect ones that feel timeless and (most importantly) won’t need linens!

  • Are there getting-ready areas?

    Yes! There will be a two-room temperature-controlled bridal suite, complete with vanities, sitting areas, and a private bathroom, as well as a large temperature-controlled groom’s suite, complete with a pool table, TV and bar.

  • What is the rain plan?

    Our 214 guest count maximum ensures that in case of rain, the entire event can occur and all guests can comfortably enjoy the party inside. If you’ve opted for a larger wedding (up to 300), a tent from an outside vendor would be required.

  • What outdoor ceremony location options are there?

    Since we’re still under construction, this is one piece we are still working out! We are taking our time to ensure any proposed outdoor ceremony locations are reliably dry, easily maintained and accessible. Stay tuned!

  • Can we take photos around the estate on our wedding day?

    Absolutely! We have several outdoor photo locations we’ve scoped out and maintained for easy access via 4×4 vehicle. Our staff is glad to transport you and your photographer and/or videographer to any of the locations you wish. For a glimpse at what these locations look like, check out photos from our styled shoots on Instagram and see them in person by booking a tour. The photo locations include a lane of hillside between two original stone walls with tree-dappled lighting, multiple hay fields and pastures, a dramatic boulder (that we lovingly call “Pride Rock”) surrounded by towering evergreens, a fairytale-like birch tree grove, a Christmas tree patch, several ponds, and a wildflower field that’s covered in seasonal blooms depending on the time of year.

  • Can we nail decoration to the walls or hang things like streamers, additional string lights, florals or lanterns from the beams?

    We kindly request that no holes are left in the walls or beams when installing decor. But we’re happy to provide you with ideas on how to install your decor without nails!

  • Are candles, sparklers or fireworks allowed?

    Flameless candles are the only candles permitted. The only open flames allowed are in the outdoor firepits and are managed by venue staff. Sparklers and fireworks are permitted in designated outdoor spaces.

  • Can vehicles be left overnight?

    Any vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 10 am the following morning to ensure the event the next day has full use of the parking lot.
